3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide the discipleship companion service, personalize your experience, maintain your conversation and prayer history, track your growth metrics, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
4. AI Processing
Conversations are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI with theological guardrails. Your messages are processed at the edge and are not used to train AI models. Crisis detection runs on every message to ensure your safety.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting, AI, database). Each processes data per their privacy policies.
6. Data Security
All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Conversations and prayers are stored on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure with role-based access controls.
7. Data Retention
Conversation history and prayer data retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data permanently removed within 30 days. You can export your data at any time.
8. Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete your data at any time. GDPR and CCPA rights apply where applicable. We do not sell personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
Mantle AI is not intended for users under 13. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.
